The
Case Explorer
In many ways, the case explorer
is the star of the show for CaseInfo. It allows investigators
and supervisors to quickly drill-down to their cases,
providing a "bird's eye view" of the agency.
The case explorer also serves as a gateway to statistical
reports and quick and easy searching with the query builder. |

The
Case Folder
CaseInfo's case folder has been
designed to be the electronic equivalent of a traditional
paper case file. It displays all case events, tasks, case
statistics, images, and Microsoft Word/Corel Word Perfect
documents. |

The
Case Event
A critical part of CaseInfo is
the case event. Case events allow the linking of victims,
witnesses, suspects, as well as relevant addresses, vehicles
and businesses. As leads come in on an investigation,
case events help keep track of those leads and assist
the investigator in managing an investigation. |

The
Explorers
This screen shot shows the Subject
Explorer which is one of the many Explorers in CaseInfo.
The Subject Explorer allows users to easily search for
subjects using the 'Find Fast' feature, or the more powerful
'Query Builder' feature.
Subjects found are displayed at left and case events linked
to the selected subject are show at right.
Vehicle, Address, Business, and Phone explorers are also
available. |

Microsoft™
Word/Corel™ WordPerfect Integration
With CaseInfo, investigators can
work with and manage Microsoft Word™ or Corel™
WordPerfect documents without leaving CaseInfo. As an
investigator views an incident within CaseInfo, all associated
Word documents are displayed within the incident.
Additionally, Microsoft Word™
templates are supported. Forms can be created one-time
as Microsoft Word™ templates and reused over and
over. More importantly, as forms are pulled up, CaseInfo
automatically fills them out, saving time and preventing
duplication of work.

Statistical
Charts
This screen shot shows one of
the many statistical charts available in CaseInfo. Pie
and bar charts are available in addition to the 3D style
chart shown at left.
Charts are generated at the click of a button. |

Reports
Statistics are generated with
just a few mouse clicks. Reports can be printed, saved,
or exported to Microsoft™ Word, Powerpoint, Excel,
or any other application that supports copy & paste. |
